Meet Dr. Lipo
Better known as @doctorlipo, Dr. Cesar Velilla is the medical director and founder of Evolution MD, a center for aesthetic and plastic surgery.

Some time ago I realized that my purpose in life is "Change Lives" and when I discovered it I decided that all my efforts would be related to this purpose!

There is nothing more exciting and satisfying to me than seeing the lives of hundreds or thousands of my patients and staff at Evolution MD, over the years and will continue to do so.
I left my beautiful country, Colombia 🇨🇴, with the goal of achieving the American dream and after many years of effort I have achieved everything I wanted and I have proposed, it has not been easy, but it has been exciting and fun.

Dr. Velilla has over 15 years of experience in all areas of aesthetics and is board certified in Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Cosmelan, laser hair removal, laser treatments, and many other cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Velilla has performed over 5000 Dysport and derma fillers and is Slimlipo certified. He has developed a new V-SLIMSCULPTURE technique and has performed in more than 40,000 areas in the last 5 years. Currently the doctor shares his experience with other doctors on the art of V-SLIM liposuction and provides training at the headquarters located in Miramar.
